Titanium Arrow: A Telegram “Signal Group” Pump Traced to 67% Recovery

Recovery File · LCR-2026-011

Titanium Arrow operated behind a Telegram “VIP signals” group. Members were told to deposit to a “partner platform” to auto-execute calls. The signals were bait; the platform was the trap.

How it started

R.S., 33, joined a free signals channel, saw “winning calls,” and upgraded to “VIP” — which required funding a Titanium Arrow account to “mirror” the trades automatically.

Where it went wrong

His balance “grew,” but withdrawals demanded a “liquidity unlock.” The admins, posing as successful traders, pushed him to deposit more before the “next big call.”

“The free signals “won” just often enough to make the VIP upgrade feel obvious.”

The recovery, step by step

  1. We acted on a fresh trailSix weeks in, the destination wallet still held funds.
  2. We traced ETH and USDT hopsBoth led to a single exchange deposit address.
  3. We captured the channel evidenceWe preserved the VIP pitch and the “unlock fee” demand.
  4. We requested a freezeThe exchange held the destination balance pending review.
  5. We recovered the majorityA freeze and compliance release returned $30,100.
67%Outcome: $30,100 of $44,900 recovered. A relatively fresh trail and a single cash-out point made this a strong result.

Warning signs we flagged

  • “VIP signal” groups that require funding a specific platform.
  • Free calls that win just enough to justify paying for more.
  • “Liquidity unlock” fees blocking withdrawals.
  • Admins posing as fellow traders urging bigger deposits.
